Chocolate Gravy
3/4 stick butter or margarine.
2 Tbsp. flour
4 tsp. cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
Melt butter in heavy skillet. Mix well the flour, cocoa, sugar; add dry ingredients to melted butter; blend while cooking nut brown. Add milk, stir over medium heat about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve hot over buttered biscuits. Great!

Chocolate Coffee Gravy
Coffee is poured out of the pot and mixed with the the ingredients listed above. Now that's a gravy with a kick to it!!
